Kiwi Elite (now renamed to "Instant Wax Shine") is a good time saver, but you must let it thoroughly dry (about 6 hours) before giving it a final buff with nylons. Top Tip: You will know if you are using too much liquid because the surface becomes "duller" quickly, to fix this, use more polish to soak up the liquid. Once the polish has been applied, leave to dry for a few minutes or until the polish has visibly set.

If the original packaging (shoe box) has been thrown away or is defaced (writing, tape, etc) this will reduce the retail value of the product for re-sale, therefore if this happens we will only refund you 80% of your good value. Step 4 - For an extra high shine, apply another light coat, sprinkle with water and buff with a soft cloth. Information on this site including any product label or packaging should not be considered as a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional. In my experience, if you use parade gloss it is much easier to get a good bull compared to normal polish, so it's great for beginners who haven't developed that magic touch yet. Bizarre stories of using a spoon, irons and other household implements to get big layers of polish onto the shoe quickly. Normal Kiwi (or just about any other brand for that matter) has a softer shine so, as stated earlier, you need the knack. Keeping your appearance above 100% will never hinder your Cadet career, and having shiny shoes will make you stand out from the crowd as someone who cares about the way they look in uniform.

If you want to use Kiwi Parade Gloss, then be warned that it contains paraffin which will have a detrimental effect on the quality of shine you achieve. Delivers the ultimate shine to your leather shoes, while also providing nourishment, protection and increased water resistance. KIWI Parade Gloss Shoe Polish helps deliver a brilliant shine to your leather shoes, while also providing nourishment and proven long-lasting water protection. The incredible shine that can be achieved using Kiwi Parade Gloss is down to the genuine vegetable turpentine oil which penetrates beneath the surface to deeply enrich the black leather. With its high-quality ingredients, this cream offers long-lasting protection for your shoes without the need for frequent applications. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging. It may take 3 - 4 working days for any refunds to show in your account - this is a banking process and outside our control. For extra shine, apply another light coat, sprinkle with a little water, and buff with a soft cloth. Please consult with a physician or other healthcare professional regarding any medical or health related diagnosis or treatment options.

This polish is a unique blend of natural waxes and genuine vegetable turpentine oil that delivers the ultimate shine whilst nourishing and protecting. If in any doubt, patch test KIWI ® products in an inconspicuous area before treating the whole item. You will use less and less as you go on, but you need to build a layer of polish to polish upon first. You need to have good base layers to polish upon further to obtain the desired "black mirror" effect. There are rumours that if Parade Gloss gets wet, you get a blue tinge, though I've never actually come across this in practice.
